  • MATH–  Study Island weekly homework assignment for the week of 2/12 – 2/16  has been activated. Please have your child complete the 12 questions by Friday morning. They can do it over the course of the week or all at one time. Whatever works best for you and your family. If the kids have questions about the math you are more than welcome to assist them. If your child is unable to complete this assignment at home, they will need to stay in during a recess period to complete it at school.
  • MATH– MobyMax is still required Monday-Thursday for five minutes each night.  I will also continue to have all kids practice fluency here at school. 🙂
  •  Math-  In Unit 5 the kids will be learning to navigate and solve one and two step word problems using all four operations (+, -, x, ÷).

  • Spelling- Unit 20 will be a long vowel review unit. ( ow, ew, ight, ay, ey)
  • Social Studies- Michigan History: A study guide went home last Thursday for a quiz on the What, When, Who, and How Michigan became a state. The quiz will be Monday. The review guide for the final test will go home on Tuesday and we will test on our History unit on Friday.                           History Final Key

Items in Need

We are in need of supplies to keep the kids in our classroom healthy. Please, if you are able, donate another box of tissue and a container of disinfectant wipes.
We are in the midst of the time of year where we are most likely to spread viruses to one another, so I’d like to be able to wipe down our student tables each day to keep the kids as healthy as possible.
Our donated tissues are also running extremely low. 😷 🤒 Please help me to keep your kids free of sickness!
 Have a great week!Mrs. Flory
